Please review these policies prior to inquiring about an appointment with us. During your first appointment you’ll be asked to review these policies and agree to them.
Keep Suite Five Quiet
We want all of our clients to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience here at Suite Five. To ensure that happens we've established the following policies:
Additional individuals are not allowed during services.
Infants & children are not allowed.
Keep phones on silent and don't make or take phone calls inside of Suite Five.
When you arrive for your appointment enter Suite Five quietly and take a seat in our lounge area. Do not walk in to any rooms without being notified by your service provider.
Come Clean
We want all of our clients to experience a clean atmosphere; so when you visit Suite Five for nail, massage therapy, skincare, or waxing services we ask that your body be clean.
If you've recently exercised, or had a labor intensive day we ask that you shower prior to your appointment.
Running Late?
We understand life happens and that you might be late sometimes. But we also want you to know that we take punctuality very seriously and want to honor the time our clients schedule with us.
If you're 5-10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment we may need to shorten your service to stay on track.
If you're 15 minutes+ late for your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee for 100% of the services booked, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. See our Cancelation Policy for more details.
If you're late or cancel continuously we may refuse future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and you won't always be able to make it to Suite Five for your scheduled appointment.
Appointment cancellations outside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not result in a cancellation charge.
Appointment cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge of services booked.
Appointment cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation charge of services booked.
Being 15 minutes+ late for your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation charge of services booked.
Text or call your service provider(s) directly for all cancellations; do not use our social media channels for cancellations. If you choose to call, please leave a voicemail if your service provider is unable to answer.

We keep your credit or debit card details on file for your convenience to process payment for services rendered, or to process payment for appointment cancellations.
